Mô Tả Công Việc
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
SALES MANAGER who manages all Sales Activities to establish and implement strategic plans in designated market segments and achieve the planned growth and profitability by the attainment of sales budgets and market share targets and lead Sales team at her/his best capability.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Research, analyze and align with management to generate business strategies and Sales budgets appropriate to designated market segments.
• Analyze the key competitors’ product, technology, price competitiveness and cost structure.
• Budget and financial performance: prepare overall client’s industry forecast. Control expense budget to maximize effect
• Conduct and monitor operational activities as well as supervise and drive the sales teams to achieve the set turnover/ market share forecasts.
• Motivate staff activities with diversified ideas, solutions and working towards a dynamic team.
• Reports are submitted timely and fully with transparency throughout the business and to show an understanding of the territory and its ever-changing market conditions
• Ensure that all sales staff receive appropriate induction training in product knowledge and procedures, followed by refresher training courses.
• Assist Credit and Accounting department with level of receivables.
• Keep confidential all company’s business information and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Experience: at least 10 years’ experience in chemical industry, market and general client and special applicators.
• Good negotiation, influencing & closing deal skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, communicate well with a variety of types of people.
• Good people management skills.
• Good command in English (written and spoken).
• Computer literacy: fluency in computers skills (Excel & PPT).
• Personality (open-minded, proactive, self-motivating).
