Position summary:
The Assistant Manager in Field Sales is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager in managing and developing new customer & maitenace the incumbent business by setting budgets, KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement in sales and servicing strategies. They are accountable for hunting new business, supervising staff, and monitoring performance to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. Essential skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, and keen attention to detail.
Duties and responsibilities
► Business Development & management of incumbent business for Logistics:
- Support Senior Manager in setting monthly and yearly budgets for Logistics Business, and KPIs for the team.
- Evaluate and monitor the budget, KPIs, cost-effectiveness, and productivity of the team.
- Analyze customer insights and identify areas for improvement in strategy.
- Ensure team members are informed on industry-related news and regulations and follow company guidelines.
- Monitor team activities through CRM and provide support where needed.
► Sales planning for Logistics Business:
- Support Senior Manager in preparing necessary information on target industries for market analysis and investment.
- Monitor P/L on a weekly basis and adjust buying and selling rates to minimize loss.
► Customer analysis for Logistics Business:
- Collect information on the customer's current situation and demand, incumbent forwarder, cargo volume, commodity type, incumbent rate level, lead time, and special conditions.
► Sales meetings & Customer visits:
- Support Senior Manager in conducting sales meetings with the team at least twice a month and maintain records.
- Visit VIP customers to check their satisfaction with KWE's services.
► Solution development:
- Verify solutions proposed by subordinates and coordinate with other products to improve solutions.
- Guide sales staff on handling sales efficiently and advise on RFQ strategy.
- Support subordinates in finding solutions to collect payments from customers
► Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
► Education and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, with a focus on International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
- A minimum of 05 years in the forwarding and logistics industry with a strong understanding of industry processes and practices.
► Required skills and abilities:
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English proficiency. Another language (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.
- Remarkable interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
- Efficient problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Proactive and self-driven approach.
► Working Conditions and Benefits
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
- Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:35 PM, from Monday to Friday
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
- Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
