• Sales for Wholesale & New Distributors
Guide and support new distributors in understanding LocknLock products and sales processes.
• Campaign & Sales Planning
Drive sales through campaign development and distributor-specific forecasting.
• Distributor Incentive Management
Manage monthly and quarterly incentive programs to drive performance.
• Exclusive Product Planning
Coordinate new product proposals and develop exclusive SKUs for each channel.
• Operational & Admin Coordination
Work closely with the admin team to monitor stock, debts, and support distributor operations
• Develop and implement plans for onboarding and supporting new distributors.
• Create and manage campaigns tailored for B2B distributors.
• Identify and plan hero SKUs for each distributor.
• Develop KV (Key Visual) guidelines for distributors to ensure consistency in visual representation.
• Create templates for KV materials (thumbnails, Shop-in-Shop banners, landing pages).
• Oversee and ensure the quality of KV materials produced by distributors.• Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication in English
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
• Good communication skill, under high pressure, high sense of team responsibility
• Ability to work individually and in groups
