Supply Logistics:

• Coordinate and track incoming shipments by preparing shipment arrival documents including product registration.

• Review and verify all shipping charges and custom clearance duties.

• To manage import shipments from Brand partner location and Singapore to Vietnam.

• To review and submit order and issue Purchase Order to Brands partner.

• Proactively communicates with Demand Planner, Warehouse, Transporter, Forwarder and Marketing team.

• Manage Inbound discrepancies and claim submission/ tracking.

• Manage Vietnam bundling (Article creation, Update PLC, bundle PO to send to warehouse for processing, Ensure HSA & ICP updated, decoding assigned).

• Manage Vietnam Value Add Service including Label purchase and label inventory, customization scheduling and related SAP transaction. Closely collaborate with DP, regulatory and WH team to ensure compliance with Brand partner S&OP.

• Review draft FTA form (COO) from Brand partner to ensure compliance and on time confirm on final form issuing.

• Stocks transfer within Storage location (MIGO).

• Assist with reports (Supply tracker, tracking shipments, consolidate discrepancies, outbound freight details)

Order Processing and Management:

• Receive and review orders from Demand Planning Team

• Checking the product registration before submitted the Order

• Enter orders into the system and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery dates

• Communicate order status updates to Demand Planning Team and address any inquiries or issues.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 3-4 years experiences in Demand/Supply & inbound/Outbound. Diploma/Degree holder preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Well versed in SAP, MS excel & PowerPoint. 

• A great team player.

• Positive, good learning attitude, critical thinker, problem solving & open to take up challenges. 

• Able to adapt to changes in FMCG industry.

• Willing to perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
