Software Testing Engineers ensure software quality through test planning, execution, and defect reporting. They collaborate with development teams to enhance software performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning:
● Develop and maintain test plans.
● Collaborate with stakeholders.
Test Case Design:
● Create detailed test cases.
● Cover functional, regression, and performance testing.
Test Execution:
● Execute test cases and report defects.
● Follow structured documentation.
Automation Testing:
● Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
● Optimize testing processes.
Regression Testing:
● Ensure new changes don't affect existing functions.
Performance Testing:
● Assess software speed and scalability.
● Address performance issues.
Security Testing:
● Evaluate software security.
● Report and address vulnerabilities.
Usability Testing:
● Assess user-friendliness.
● Provide UI suggestions.
Test Documentation:
● Maintain records of test plans and results.
● Generate test summary reports.
Continuous Improvement:
● Collaborate with developers.
● Stay updated on testing best practices

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
● Core skills: Manual test design, manual test execution on a bench, defect reporting, automated test design and execution in CI environment.
● Test automation related tools/skills: Python, Linux shell/bash, GIT (or similar), Jenkins (or similar) C/C++ (nice to have)
● 1 year of working experience in Automotive domain; Familiarity with various testing types.
● Problem-solving and communication skills.
● Attention to detail
● Advanced English writing skills

Nice to have

● ISTQB certificate
● ASPICE experience
● Agile / Scrum experience
