Test Automation:
Develop and maintain robust automated test suites using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Test Complete).
Ensure at least 70% of testing is automated to improve efficiency and coverage.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Manual Testing:
Conduct manual testing as necessary, including functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
Identify and report defects using a defect tracking system.

Test Planning:
Design and implement comprehensive test plans, including test cases, test data, and test environments.
Ensure that test plans align with product requirements and project timelines.

Test Execution:
Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify defects.
Track and report on test progress and defect metrics.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work with customer support teams to address customer-reported issues.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies.
