1. Job Description

• Design marketing materials: social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, slides, landing pages, POSM, etc.
• Create and edit short-form videos for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads).
• Use Canva proficiently to design quickly, on-brand, and scalable for the team.
• Apply AI tools in design and video production.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to:
• Understand the business goals of each campaign.
• Design based on customer insights and sales objectives.
• Optimize designs based on real performance: CTR, views, engagement, conversion.

2. Requirements

• Business-minded: understand that design is not only “beautiful” but must “sell.”
• Can use Canva and knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/CapCut/Premiere 
• Actively use AI tools in design and video production.
• Trend-sensitive, good understanding of social media.
• Able to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Have basic English communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality, accommodation services, personal branding, retail.
• Have a real working portfolio.

• Understand user behavior on social platforms.
• Able to read briefs and ask the right questions to deliver work that meets objectives.
