- Fully in- charge in managing security operations on a daily basis.
- Areas of responsibilities include the protection and safety of property assets, employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response.
- Ensures the continuous protection of guests, employees and hotel assets.
- Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Security officer training and coaching, practice emergency drills, fire safety, access control, crime prevention and detection, crime reporting and victim support, pool safety, manning operation.
- Responsible for the operation of all security system; reports system failures, faults and damages to the shift supervisor.
- Compliment the hotel's guest service efforts in delivering superior service to all hotel guests, patrons and visitors.- 3 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 1 year experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.2 months probation, receive full salary & service fee bonus & participate in social insurance
