Provide expert-level in solution proposal on SAP S/4 HANA project in presales and project
base.
- Independently manage and deliver assigned tasks and projects within established timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure winning in presales approaching.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA modules (FI/CO or
SD/MM or ALL).
- Experience in proposing solution, do implementation and rollout projects with both foreign and local customers.
- Well understand SAP S/4 HANA local market share.
- Experience in SAP presales activities for variant customer industries.
- Experience with project management methodologies for SAP implementations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (customer, business analysts, developers, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot SAP issues within the automotive context.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SAP advancements and industry trends.
S/4 HANA modules:
- SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
- Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
- Ability to configure FI for automotive-specific transactions (e.g., dealership accounting, warranty settlements).
- Costing models for vehicle assembly
- Inventory management for high-volume, complex parts
- Revenue recognition for dealerships (if applicable)
- Compliance with industry regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley)
- Understanding of Vietnamese accounting principles (VAS): Knowledge of how Vietnamese accounting standards differ from international standards (IFRS) is crucial.
- Experience with VN-specific tax regulations: Familiarity with Vietnamese tax laws and their impact on financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Chart of Accounts: Understanding the structure and codes used for Vietnamese financial reporting.
- Ability to configure SAP FI for VN localization: This includes setting up tax codes, chart of accounts, and reporting structures compliant with Vietnamese regulations.
- SAP CO (Controlling) -
- Experience with Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) to track and analyze automotive manufacturing costs. Knowledge of Product Costing (PC) for accurate costing of vehicles and components.
- Product Costing (PC) for accurate costing of vehicles and components, considering complex bill-of-materials (BOM) structures.
- Activity Based Costing (ABC) (if applicable) for more granular cost analysis in automotive manufacturing.
- SAP MM (Material Management) -
- Expertise in Material Master data management for complex automotive parts with variant configurations.
- Understanding of inventory valuation methods relevant to the automotive industry (e.g., FIFO, LIFO).
- Experience with procurement processes specific to automotive parts and Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory management.
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) -
- Order processing for complex automotive parts and vehicle configurations.
- Sales and quoting processes specific to dealerships or distributors.
- Aftersales service order management for warranty claims and repairs.
- Integration with SAP MM (Material Management) for seamless parts management.
- Integration with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) for accurate invoicing.
