The OpportunityAs our Senior Full- stack Web Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of web development and AI technology. You will build the user facing frontend, the supporting backend infrastructure and the AI processes behind modern applications. This is an application development role, not a data scientist role.
What You’ll Do

AI Utilization: Leverage advanced AI tools and methodologies, such as generative AI frameworks, vector/graph databases, Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG), and large language models (LLMs), to boost development efficiency and code quality.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand- in- hand with founders and a dynamic team to deliver AI- enhanced web applications that bring innovative ideas to life.
Cloud Deployment: Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on leading cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring they support millions of users efficiently.
Full- Stack Development: Build and maintain both front- end and back- end systems that seamlessly integrate to create a superior user experience.

Mentorship & Growth: Contribute to a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous learning among team members.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full- stack web development, with a proven track record of building scalable and resilient web applications.
Technical Skills:
Experience with AI- driven development, including advanced prompt engineering, generative AI, and the ability to leverage AI tools for software development.
Understanding of vector and graph databases, RAG, and working with multiple LLMs is a plus.
Strong understanding of modern programming languages like Go, Rust or Move.
Proficient in Python, with experience in frameworks such as Flask or Django.
Familiarity with cloud environments, including hands- on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Methodologies & Mindset:
Experience working in an agile development environment using methodologies like SCRUM and Extreme Programming is preferred.
Strong foundation in modern software design principles and test- driven development.
Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast- paced, innovative environment.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Education:
A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred. Practical experience and a strong portfolio of work are highly valued.
