JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supports the timely implementation of Global/Regional IT initiatives at the site
- Managing and maintaining the hardware inventory end to end process
- Troubleshoot computer and device hardware related to end-users
- Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows, Office365, …)
- System administration about Windows Server; File Server
- Ensures onboarding new hire’s process
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Graduated BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related major
- Have at least from 2-3 years working experience in support to end users
- Experience with the ticket system and troubleshooting hardware/software /mobile devices
- Excellent spoken English is a must.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
