- Receive table reservation information directly when guests enter the restaurant, based on the list of tables booked by guests and the guests' preferences (like to sit near the window, sit near the lights ...) to arrange tables for guests. .

- Guide guests to the table and ensure that guests are served promptly by the desk staff.

- Ready to advise and introduce to guests the typical dishes and drinks of the restaurant based on the preferences and requirements of the guests.

- Directing guests to permitted areas, meeting staff in charge… when required.

- Support the service process when the restaurant is crowded.

- Provide professional guidance for new employees when required.

- Support, participate in communication programs, promote the restaurant's image.

- Participate in proposing ideas to improve the operational efficiency - business of the restaurant.

- Participate in training courses to improve professional skills for restaurant staff.

- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
