Job Purpose:

- The Operation Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, including Supply chain management, Vendor management, Stakeholder management, and Customer service (Rescue) operations to organize and deliver the goods to our customers

- The Operation Manager must demonstrate strong attention to detail to oversee daily operations such as 3PLs performance through vendor management, inventory monitoring, coordinating with the Product team to replenish products, and coordinating with other stakeholders to improve the delivery rate

- In addition to having excellent organizational skills, she/he must possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory control

- The Operation Manager will work with several 3PLs and stakeholders to ensure their performance and collaboration meet company expectations and can deliver all the reports related to business processes daily

Job Description:

- Coordinating with 3PL vendors to ensure the distribution process starting from the production process until goods delivered to our customer succeeded on time

- Collaborating with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth that are reflected in the Delivery rate

- Coordinating with the Sales and BD team to see DR progress from the pub, agents, and product performance level

- Checking the DR process and progress to ensure everything is still on the right track to achieve the DR target

- Ensuring the productivity and performance of the CS team (Rescue & Inbound) to generate Delivery rate from the process

- Creating a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement in terms of operation through accurate reports

- Leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality, and SLA

- Coordinating with the Regional Product team to ensure the availability of stock

- Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Conducting meetings with the Management team and evaluating operation performance, pointing out the issues that need to be fixed

- Reviewing current processes and improve them to develop the team's performance (if necessary)

- Working time: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

- Working place: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Requirement:

- Education: Graduate from University at least (Bachelor's Degree)

- Major: All major

- Experience:

+ At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the equivalent position

+ More than 3 years of experience in vendor management

- Specialized knowledge:

+ Rich knowledge of ERP and distribution/order to cash scheme

+ Highly goal and result oriented

+ Excellent organizational and project management skills

+ Fluent in English verbally and written

+ Data-oriented and strong attention to detail

+ Comfortable using Excel and another tool to do manual data processing

+ Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization

+ Ability to discuss and reach an agreement in a professional manner

+ Ability to manage and analyze a situation and develop a professional solution for the organization

- Skills required:

+ Fluent in English (written and verbally)

+ Strong at data processing, interpretation, and reporting

+ Rich knowledge in Logistics and Supply chain and have an experience in the logistics industry for more than 3 years

+ Strong at people management

+ Coming from telesales and e-commerce industry is a plus
