- Provide extraordinary customer service to our clients - Answer all clients’ questions related to the program and billing stuffs - Support clients if they need assistance - Handle emails, calls, sms from clients and third partys - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Acknowledge and resolve client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Retain canceled clients - Work on enrollment plan for enrolled clients - Work on our CRM and Dedicated Account portal to ensure both reflect the accuracy of data input and clients’ billing information - Schedule/ reschedule/keep track payments for clients - Contact clients regarding payment and billing issues - Make calls to third party to support clients - Make calls to creditors regarding billing tasks - Tasks assigned under the direction of management

- WORKING TIME: 5 days/week form 23:30 – 08:30 (NIGHT SHIFT) - The market works entirely in the US. - Fluency in English is a plus (use 70% English when working) - Customer Service skills - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, utilizing great interpersonal skills - Great attention to detail, with the ability to properly apply policies and procedures to various situations - Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and influence - Ability to succeed in a high volume, outbound environment - Solid computer skills with experience effectively managing CRM - Basic Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Google Sheet - Responsible and Self Sufficient - A strong work ethic, and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
