QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and skills, we are looking for:
• Minimum a Engineering bachelor's degree (preferably GPA >=7.5 or equivalent).
• Majoring in Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineer OR equivalent fields of study are preferable, but it is not a must.
• We focus on your potential, passion, and appetite.
• Less than 2 years working experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Love for learning with the ability to learn and adapt quickly;
• A strong interest in Schneider Electric's mission to provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
• Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration;
• Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
