1. About MVC
(i) Outline: MVC and Co, a subsidiary of Mitsui (Japanese trading & investment firm), is an operator of digital platform (https://xaytoam.vn/) for Homeowners to select suitable Service Providers for home building and renovation.
(ii) Mission: Changing home building experience be more convenient.
(iii) Selling points: MVC is a start-up which develops a new service from scratch and challenges to solve problems related to home building in Vietnam. It will be the best place for those who want to challenge status quo in one of old Industry: construction. Although a start-up, we have enough budget backed by Mitsui. We have support from a digital platform(SaaS) marketing expert based in Tokyo. Through this job, you can get experience of lead nurturing method which is widely spread in Western countries and Japan, and you would learn how to build optimized flow from marketing, lead nurturing to sales(=customer acquisition).

* Job description
Work under a marketing manager and report to the manager.

Main role is Lead qualification & nurturing (Lead = visitors who leave e-mail & tel number in MVC). You will be a bridge between marketing team and homeowner support team who provide technical consultation to homeowner
• (After marketing team gets lead,) Qualify lead level (High prospective/Prospective/Just interested etc.)
• Input the lead level date in a software in accordance with company’s rule,
• Make phone call to high prospective level leads, and hear their needs & pain points
• Convince high prospective leads to use MVC’s service to shortlist service providers
• Hand over high prospective leads with a needs for consultation to homeowner support team in MVC.
• Brush up phone call scripts continuously and instruct other staffs to follow the script
• Support marketing manager to create contents to send to leads
• Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing manager
