E-commerce category manager for house construction finishing materials.

MVC is now operating house construction material/product E-commerce focusing on sanitary ware (toilet, shower, sink, faucet, etc).
Main role of this position is to build category of finishing materials (e.g. ceramic tile, wooden floor, wall paper, paints, etc) on current EC website by enriching sellers and suppliers and realize an ambitious growth.
• Find reliable sellers and suppliers of finishing materials and other housing products for the EC
• Establish strong relations with sellers and suppliers and support their performance.
• Negotiate price and other conditions with suppliers, and conclude purchase order
• Communicate with potential customers of the EC to figure out the customer’s needs. Agree to the contract with customers.
• Fulfill contract and ensure performance of the transaction on E-commerce platform
• Initiate adding category to website with design & development team considering customer’s journey & behavior to select and buy finishing and other housing products
• Prepare the data format to display products with development team
• Establish stable E-commerce operation for that category

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(i) Must-have requirements
• 3+ years sales experience in the company of homebuilding, design, interior, renovation industry, or finishing material
• Good negotiation skill
• Ability to use English at work
• Ability to work independently, in groups, or in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Have a high sense of responsibility in the work.

(ii) Better-to-have requirements
• Majored in architect or engineering
