• Act as the company's first point of contact for online inquiries, providing a professional and timely response.
• Proactively contact potential customers (SPs, HOs) from various channels to introduce the company and products.
• Nurture customer leads through consistent follow-up, convert them into hot leads, and forward qualified opportunities to the field sales team.
• Advise and answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and sales policies.
• Independently close online orders for small and simple items.
• Update and manage customer information accurately in the company's system.
• Prepare regular work reports for the line manager.
*A manager will work closely together for smooth on-boarding, acquiring product knowledge, and achieving one team target.• Minimum 2 years of work experience. Candidates with experience in telesales or customer service are preferred.
• A basic understanding of the construction industry or building materials is a plus.
• Excellent phone communication skills with a clear and engaging voice.
• Meticulous, careful, and has a high sense of responsibility.
• Proactive in reporting, communicating, and consulting with superiors
• Values teamwork, discipline, and adherence to rules.
• Eager to learn and continuously improve oneself and work processes.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Basic English is an advantage.
