The Job

Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
Collaborate with FE/BE developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Gather and address technical and design requirements
Provide training and support to internal teams
Write well-tested software to ensure quality, responsiveness, and efficiency
Write technical documentation
Troubleshooting issues and problem-solving as necessary

Your Skills and Experience

At least +3 years' experience in BE, DBA & DevOps
Have knowledge in following technologies: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Familiarity with common stacks
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Go)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with development tools (e.g. Git, Docker, Cloud services)
Participate in the entire application lifecycle
Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
Familiar with agile software development processes and tools
Nice to have AWS Certification
Excellent working attitude, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Previous success in developing and shipping a large-scale application with a user-empathetic mindset
Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies
