What a Commercial Channel Sales Manager Does At HP
- Manage a team of sales and sales support to be accountable for the growth of the channel / indirect revenue and profit for both Print and Personal Systems products across Vietnam
- Create strategy to drive sales and marketing programs for new business and existing account penetration
- Responsible for process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy
- Facilitate communication between marketing and country customer facing organizations
- Maintain awareness of current economic and industry conditions
- Plan, direct and monitor operational/tactical activities of Staff
- Min Bachelor degree in a related field
- At least 6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the relevant Print and Personal Systems industry
- Experienced in managing people
- Good track records in revenue wins
- Broad knowledgeable of overall business and across functions and disciplines, includes product marketing, sales support and selling
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Possess good English communication skill in both verbal and written
