Job Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Handle order placement, sales, and accounts receivable collection.
- Manage a list of distributors, including detailed information and preparation and management of distributor contracts.
- Visit distributors to propose products and confirm project details.
- Conduct support activities for distributors.
- Implement promotion programs for distributors.
- Monitor the sales performance of each distributor and provide advice on strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collect information about customers and competitors.
- Develop new distributor relationships.
- Manage monthly order and sales reports, as well as sales commissions.
- Provide monthly reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of experience in distributor sales management for industrial equipment or building equipment.
