- Work with our people and partners across our Business, Product and Tech teams to understand the customer needs and define the functional requirements for lending products
- Bring financial services and technology experience to facilitate the solutioning process with Product Engineering teams
- Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and timelines.
- Analyze loan performance and process metrics to support decision-making.
- Maintain regulatory and policy compliance in all solutions.
- Lead UAT to validate that solutions meet requirements.
- Create training materials and support end-user adoption.

- At least 3 years working as a dedicated Business Analyst in BFSI.
- Hands-on experience in building products, features and services in the banking and financial services sector.
- Well-seasoned Business Analyst competencies and skillset, including but not limited to logical, critical, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Experience working closely with Product, Technology and Development teams in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients in English.
