● Providing administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, calls, messages, and correspondence, and taking care of travel arrangements.

● Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring that they are greeted in a professional and friendly manner, and directing them to the appropriate person as needed.

● Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring that all information is kept secure and protected from unauthorized access.

● Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed, working with the CEO to ensure that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

● Closely coordinate with departments to support work and grasp work progress, handle assigned executive tasks within capacity and as required.

● Receive and effectively implement instructions from the CEO and the Company Partners.

● Other specific duties will be discussed further during the interview.

● Age between 20 and 30 years old.

● Bachelor's degree in Banking, Economics, Business, or a related field.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

● Languages: Fluent level of both spoken & written English; Speaking & writing Chinese

(Mandarin) is an advantage.
