1. To review and approve debtor invoices

2. To follow up outstanding accounts and ensure that remittance is made within the specified credit terms

3. To highlight and pursue the settlement of overdue accounts

4. To prepare the monthly summary of action taken against overdue accounts

5. To verify and process credit application in accordance with departmental procedure and submit to Hotel Controller for approval

6. To check bills, invoices and reconcile revenue between revenue reports with hotel system

7. To issue invoices to internal & external customers

8. To verify and import revenue/bank entries into accounting system.

9. To perform month-end closing regarding AR accounts.

10. To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag

11. To build and efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and security, training and development

12. To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of the Resort’s policies and procedures in order that they may adhere to them

1. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.

2. Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.

3. Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.

4. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

5. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.

6. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.

7. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.

8. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Local Law.
