- Brief/ Give ideas in Packaging/ Visible or distinctive packaging serves as advertisement. (Study design brief and determine requirements)
- Develop illustrations, labels and other designs -> Design 2D/ Design Marketing materials such as Post/ standees/ Flyer.. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns./ Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
- Managing social media campaigns: Instagram, Tik Tok
- Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies. (Develops strategies and techniques to increase sales/bakery goods)
- Selecting and displaying goods so as to make them more appealing and marketable. Small finishing touches to enhance the look of bundled pastries and draw people to buy. Encourage sales/Analyzing sales figures, market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs.
- Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently. Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
- Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness/ Monitor market trends, analyze consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
- (Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.)
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time.
- Plan and Implement an annual marketing plan: regularly updating the management team on process.
