OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

Monitor the progress of vendor&039;s customs clearance to plan the pick up of cargoes from port to the warehouse according to Samsung’s lead time regulation.
Coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems if any.
Responsible for receiving arrival notice from the shipping line, receive documents from the shipper, daily tracking shipments schedule on the web of shipping line to collect about shipment information, or call direct to shipping line, and mail is necessary...
Track all costs and expenses incurred related to each shipment or during handling if any, book all cost into the system to make monthly for AR/AP payments.
Declaring Manifest on the electronic portal of the General Department of Customs within 36 hours before of shipment arrives the port.
Process checking all information relating to shipment such as check info: plant code, consignee, POL, POD, DEST, Term, CNTR, Seal, Qty, Gross weight, Char Weight, CBM,...
Control GR on time to keep KPI match with target

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform necessary tasks related to imported goods, such as monitoring vendor customs progress, planning to pick up goods from port to warehouse, ensuring goods are delivered on time as specified by Samsung regulation, solve problems if any and saving operating costs, and performing monthly AR/AP payment procedures, etc.

Daily:

Update ATA on Arrival management FIS cello systems according to the LSP codes of each carrier/ forwarding/LSP.
Handling cost repair, cleaning, storage, DEM/DET... if incurred when returning empty at the port.
E- manifest declaration must be made 36 hours before the Vessel arrival port. (If the declaration is late, it will be administratively fined and difficult to clear customs and get the goods out of the port.).
Arrange delivery plan direct to dealer. Contact with customer to make delivery plan direct, check POD, GI, VAT invoice, monitor process pickup goods. Handle return or re- delivery if damage goods issue found.
E- manifest declaration on Website customs of Viet Nam National Single Window VNSW (EDI electronic declaration), contact carriers to get the code E- manifest and authorize.
Receive information of import shipments from cello system (N_ERP EDI) and document from shipper side, check all information of ASN between system and document (check info: plant code, consignee, POL, POD, DEST, Term, CNTR, Seal, Qty, Gross weight, Char Weight, CBM,....)- > release bill on BL Management FIS system.
Tracking the time of pick up container out port and empty return containers so update on system- > update DEM/DET by VMS tracking on Cello.
Receive information CD from customs department team.- > Send request update CD according LSP code of vendor and recheck to confirm on CC management FIS systems cello.
Send goods information for SAV log, SAV creates ASN on the system, check ASN information, send ASN to WMS, then WMS make GR when unloading done.
Check GR status and update GR status to SAV & Control GR on time keep KPI for import shipment.
I receive information of STO shipment from factory , S551 WH, Check ASN on system, arrange delivery plan to WH, monitor process delivery on the plan daily
Receive arrival of notice from shipping line before our shipments arrive Hai Phong Port or Noi Bai Port and checking all of information and local charge of shipment.
Contact the shipping line, and shipper to request waives the container repair fee if it is not belong to Samsung&039;s responsibility and fault.

Monthly: (Cut- off 2 time/month).

Pricing export shipments of plan V551 (SVC)
Make SOA and check and collect VAT invoice local charge of shipping line (KGL/MCC/CMA /ONE ...). Confirmation cost and send billing team so payment to carrier (CE/MX).
Pricing and check all cost of import shipments, all customs clearance cost, trucking cost of domestic STO shipment from SEV/SEVT.
Send all cost on Pricing Management FIS to BMS system. Request exactly cost corresponding LCC and mapping AR/AP.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

University graduate, priority to economics fields

EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 years and above experience in similar position

SKILLS:

English communication skills is require.
Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any).
