- Work Location: Dist 07, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 17M ~ 23M VND Gross

<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage and report financial information for the Singapore Office. Prepare and examine the financial records and ensure financial information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintain and balance overseas office accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balance, and reconciling entries.
• Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
• Manage the payroll processing for overseas offices.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and various account analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly schedule, quarterly audit schedule, and budget preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of fixed assets updates and new additions.
• Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Assist in implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the full set of accounts in foreign companies.
・Certified Public Accountant CPA or ACCA are strongly preferred. 
・Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 
・Quick learner, very analytical and detail-oriented.
