GENERAL MISSION
Under the managing of Front Office Manager, the Fit Lounge Supervisor is responsible for all the administrative and operation matters of Fitness Lounge; coordination and supervision of all connectors; maintaining inventory, equipment files, records and matters; and for membership promotions in order to increase the revenue. 1.Supervise and administer the implementation of the daily Fit Lounge operations.
2. Supervise and administer the implementation of Fit Lounge billing policies and practices.
3. Coordinates and schedules staff for the smooth flow of daily operation in the following areas.
a) Prepare and coordinate the working schedule of staff.
b) Assume the Fit Lounge coverage by arranging for appropriate coverage during all shifts and arranging for relief coverage of absences and emergencies.
c) Conduct trainings and/or cross trainings for staff.
d) Be able to instruct members and/or staff in proper fitness appraisals and exercise program.
4. Administer filing, record keeping of maintenance and repair of equipment matters.
5. Administer the emergency health care plan for injury and trauma.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Be cognizant of events of members or staff that may have a disruptive effect on the flow of Fit Lounge.
Be responsible for administering the fiscal and documentary of Fit Lounge.
Be responsible for controlling expenses.
Administer the day-to-day affairs of Fit Lounge, including responding to correspondence that cannot be handled by the office staff.
Administer and plans the public relations and promotion with members and visitors, with the intent to increase membership while retaining on-going members.
Administer and plan motivational programs and ideas for in-house member activities, advertising and public relations.
Administer and plan the in-house newsletter, theme events, and bulletin boards.
