• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and service to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring.
• Perform computer system input;
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates.
• Operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery.
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates• Male from 24-35 years.
• Graduated from College/ University.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and experience in conducting cycle counts and audits.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required during warehouse operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good at English (speaking and writing, reading, listening skill)
• High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
• A valid passport is required.
Salary & Benefits
• Competitive salary package.
• Working time 8:00 - 5:00 from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
