The Job:
Our fast- growing business is hiring a full- time Senior Business Analyst for an IT project, which is serving Australian and global customers. Ideal candidates should have experience in web and mobile application analysis. You can expect to work with a talent senior developer team. The role is providing you opportunities to challenge yourself with technical skills while receiving training and support from our team and management.
Description of Tasks:

Always striving to develop both personally and professionally!
Participate in the documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements
Facilitate workshops with business and project stakeholders
Managing software defects through to resolution
An ability to relate to people at all levels
Raise and close defects when necessary
Determine test conditions/ test objectives
Collaborating with the Agile/Scrum teams to continuously deliver software
Strong attention to detail, analytical and conceptual thinker
Create comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditions
Aligning the business needs to the project vision
Identify and analyze any gaps in data and report on these areas using simplified language
Identify, investigate and analyze business and stakeholder requirements
Documenting and mapping end- to- end processes
Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to capture business requirements, articulate it into high level design spec and work closely with developers through to testing completion.
Engage with the business and some stakeholder management
Enthusiastic, "can do" attitude!
Work as an effective team member; share knowledge and information with the team and assist others in meeting team priorities
Consult with stakeholders and systems requirements when documentation is insufficient
A flexible and respectful approach in liaising with colleagues
"Trainable" with the ability to quickly learn different types of technologies

The ideal candidate will possess the following key Technical requirements:

Works directly with customers and grasps system requirements
Experience in handling cross teams because there are many products so need to understand how they integrate
3+ years of experience programming PHP, HTML, MySQL, and optimization in PHP
Deep understanding of WordPress, advanced custom fields, and custom plugins in WordPress
From 4+ years experience as a BA
Know how to make a schedule for sprints and releases
3+ years of experience configuring AWS and configuring PHP + Database servers, knowing how to deploy websites to AWS, and knowing about infrastructure.
