General Operations

Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
Load/unload goods and move stock using pallet jacks or manually.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
Perform inventory checks and update records.
Label, store, and organize stock accurately.

E- Commerce & Order Fulfillment

Process online orders: picking, packing, and labeling.
Prepare packing lists and label cartons with order/customer info.
Verify items against sales orders.

Delivery & Returns

Inspect and document returned items.
Handover packed goods to the logistics/delivery team with proper documentation.
Coordinate deliveries upon the manager’s approval.

Store & Equipment Maintenance

Report issues to management promptly.
Keep storage areas clean and goods properly placed.
Maintain equipment and shipment records.

Import Shipments

Transfer items to correct locations and check quantities.
Unload containers, palletize goods, and verify against packing lists.

Proficiency in English.
Self- motivated with a strong, results- driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including picking and packing processes.
Valid Forklift and/or Reach Truck Driving License.
