Perform inventory updates and maintain the inventory database.
Attend to shipment and warehouse- related enquiries.
Print shipping labels and markings; scan and archive related documents.
Support store movement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Prepare delivery documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Handle packing, picking, and return goods processing.
Monitor and manage the packing materials inventory, including purchase.
Arrange transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely operations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on all shipment- related matters.
Report all warehouse activities to the Warehouse Manager.
Execute ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

Attention to detail and good follow- up capabilities.
Minimum 2- year experience in the related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Fast learner.
Self- motivated with a results- driven approach.
