About the role

As an Accounting Associate at First Trust ACPA, you will be responsible for delivering a range of financial outsourcing services, including bookkeeping and fund administration. You will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide timely responses to any inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

·    Coordinate with head office colleagues to provide financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, fund administration, and other financial tasks.

·      Ensure deliverables to the head office meet established quality and timeline standards.

·      Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.

·      Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by managers.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferable) or finance.

·      Proficiency in English.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in time management.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
