Position Title: PROCURE TO PAY – SPECIALIST (07-months contract under 3rd party contract)

Direct reports to: Service Operations Manager

Function: Technology & Analytics

Sub-function: Service Operations

Location: Agrex Tower, 58 Vo Van Tan St., Ward 3, HCMC

A. PURPOSE OF POSITION

Efficiently completing tasks assigned in commercial and non-commercial activities.

• Execute invoices and payment activities for vendors, employee on time.
• Clean up long invoice pending.
• Process payment proposal.
• Monitor outstanding/long aging AP report.
• Deliver quality and timely reports to Stakeholders.

Comply with SLA, Document check list, DAG, Policy and external regulations.

Take on other tasks assigned by Service Operations team lead.

B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ownership on tasks deliver:

• Accurate/timely on invoice booking and payment process.
• Advise stakeholders regarding accounting knowledge.
• Multiple tasks management.
• Provide visible/useful reports to Stakeholders.
• Propose suitable document check list/simplify process to adapt with business operating and authority requirement.

Teamwork:

• Tasks rotation within team for Backup.
• Dashboard tracking to perform team’s SLA/KPI.
• Knowledgeable on company’s DAG, Policy, update new taxes law.

Other Assignments

• Willing support project team on simplification process.
• Tax inspection/ internal/ external audit support.
• Adapt and adopt on other tasks per actual situation/ period.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: University Degree with Accounting major.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related positions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English).
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.
• Knowledge of accounting in foreign company.
• Knowledge of all local tax related matters.
• Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Work well under high pressure, both in teamwork and independence.
• Have focused, detailed, accurate and disciplined approach to tasks.
• Good time management and organization.
• Self-motivated, growth mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English (Prefer TOEIC 550).
