ROLE

Ensuring efficient fabrication and installation solutions while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for translating project documents into accurate shop drawings and related documentation.

Shop Drawing Execution

• Receive project documents and translate them into precise shop drawings and related documentation.
• Adhere to the shop drawing schedule, coordinating with the project progress plan.
• Utilize Schuecal software to perform material take-offs, ensuring meticulous precision, and generate detailed fabrication drawings.
• Prepare material supply requests based on project timelines to facilitate procurement

Solution Development

• Provide innovative and efficient fabrication and installation solutions aligned with tender estimates.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, installation teams, QC/QS, and production teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate the creation of as-built drawings as specified by project requirements.
• Address design clarifications and modifications through clear communication with stakeholders.

Design Standards and Quality

• Ensure that all drawings and documentation adhere to company standards and quality guidelines.
• Continuously assess and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in technical design.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate and facilitate the creation of as-built drawings as required by project specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to address design clarifications and modifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in technical design

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in  technical design, Shop drawing or Assembly intruction

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (AutoCAD, Schuecal, Solidworks, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and precision in translating project requirements into accurate drawings.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving ability to provide efficient fabrication and installation solutions.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic project environment.
• Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Internal and External Relationships

• Collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
