As a Product Manager of offerings, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and managing the lifecycle of our Generative AI Product. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product strategy to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  Product Strategy and Vision:
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and market trends.
  
  
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.

  Roadmap Planning:
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term development plans.
  
  
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and strategic objectives.

  Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.

  Requirements Definition:
  • Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, wireframes, and specifications.

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  
  
  • Drive the agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.

  User Experience and Design:
  • Champion a user-centric approach, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  
  
  • Iterate on product designs based on user feedback and data analytics.

  Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance against these metrics.
  
  
  • Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  Product Launch and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
  
  
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product releases, ensuring successful launches.

  Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights, address concerns, and identify future opportunities.
  
  
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.


• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.


• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technologies, and industry trends.


• Experience of working for a Global Product & exhibit clear ownership.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


• Experience with agile development methodologies.


• Minimum 10 years in Product management experience.
