1. Relationship Manager (70%)
● Engage with inbound leads seeking insurance and investment solutions
● Perform initial consultations and needs assessments
● Utilize our best-in-class system to generate quotes
● Present quotes and benefits container, provide reasoned recommendations
● Persistently follow up to close deals
● Handle sales sign-ups, application forms, contracts, and policy documentation
● In addition to leads given, proactively source new business opportunities
● Cross sell additional products to clients and request referrals
