Job Responsibilities
- Develop a regional value proposition to be integrated into global inquiries from international clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with multinational corporations and local clients in key sectors by managing and nurturing relationships with both customers and their subsidiaries.
- Build a diverse customer pool across various sectors to increase leasing opportunities.
- Oversee successful business onboarding and ensure adherence to contract terms.
- Expand the company’s presence across southern, northern, and central provinces by engaging with local clients and their global subsidiaries to secure new and additional leasing deals.
- Define the local value proposition and collaborate with the Investment and Project teams to drive revenue growth and support the local P&L.
- More than 5 years’ experience in sales/commercial, focusing on contract logistics
- Proficiency in Chinese is a big advantage
- Strong understanding of the demands of the customer in the logistics sector and its related operation
- Customer-centric and solution provider
- Ability to identify customer’s needs & requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related degree in business management.
