- Managing and monitoring customer purchase orders and sales contract. - Provide timely Purchase order acknowledgement to customer. - Keeping close contact with customers and submit weekly update report on production status. - Work closely with other departments: Technical, Supply Chain, Production and Quality Control to update customer's requirement. - Work with other departments to track, maintain and improve OTD performance. - Provide assistance and support to uphold customer satisfaction. - Maintaining and update SAP system e.g. Create Material Master, Sales Order and Invoice on SAP - Working with SC, TE and PR to follow up on RFQ status and update of RFQ Master file. - Provide monthly update of Sales and Ebit performances on GP Master file. - Ensuring the strictest and highest confidentiality is adhered all times. - Ensuring all compliance and ethical practices are full adhered to.
