Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responsible for ensuring administrative activities to serve activities within the company
- Translate and interpret documents from Vietnamese to English to report to the Board of Directors and interpret the content of internal meetings or meetings with customers and suppliers of the entire company when they arise.
- Complete & update requirements for annual ISO assessment
- Carry out legal procedures related to changing the company's business license and investment certificate
- In charge of the Company's legal affairs, working with authorities related to administration such as: Police, Fire Prevention, Neighborhood, etc.
- Develop regulations and make plans to relate to the use of company assets and equipment.
- Develop plans and organize and supervise the implementation of safety and order, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire and explosion prevention.
- Research, draft and submit regulations applicable to the company, build the company's organizational structure and organize implementation.
- Update and standardize the system of regulations, rules, processes, organizational structure, functions and duties of administrative staff and monitor their implementation and compliance.
- Ensure a working environment as well as a cultural environment for all employees of the company.
- Implement the requirements set forth by superiors while actively maintaining and expanding effectively business relationships as well as transactions with external partners and business organizations
- Support the organization of internal and external events of the company, and internal cultural ideological work
- Plan and advise superior leaders on regulations and sanctions related to the Administrative field
- Carry out Asset management - tools and office supplies, supervise, monitor and manage the procurement, allocation, repair and management of assets at the Office, tools and equipment according to regulations
- Manage reception, administrative, archives, housekeeping,
- Organize and supervise the implementation of tasks related to internal affairs, foreign affairs, ceremonies, and logistics.
- Coordinate with other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees in the company
