Collaborate with the central marketing team to plan and run campaigns for Hylo venues (seasonal events, new menus, partnerships, ETC.)
Support brand and content creation (photo shoots, visuals, social media, in-store displays) to keep everything consistent
Assist in preparing campaign decks, outlet briefs, social calendars, and post-campaign reports
Coordinate with vendors, media, influencers, and delivery platforms (e.g. Grab, Capichi) to manage communication
Research market and competitors in HCMC and Hanoi to find new opportunities for pricing, products, and guest experience
Track campaign results, customer engagement, foot traffic, and outlet performance
Share creative ideas for content, events, and brand experiences across Hylo brands
Perform other duties as required by the Line Manager.University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Previous experience (internship or part-time) in Marketing roles within the F&B or hospitality industry is a strong plus
Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about food, lifestyle, and hospitality
Aware of industry trends, with a good eye for design, storytelling, and customer experience
Able to work well with different teams-marketing, operations, kitchen, and service
Good time management, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Good verbal and written skills, in both Vietnamese and English
Internship period: 3 - 6 months
Full-time internship is preferred
Flexible working schedule, but must be able to attend occasional events or meetings outside standard hours (e.g., evenings or weekends) if neededInternship allowance: 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 VND/ month
