Mô tả công việc
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer (Junior) to support our development and operations teams in deploying, monitoring, and managing applications in cloud and on-premises environments.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in DevOps practices, is comfortable with basic s using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent.
IT Support Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and related peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in systems like Active Directory, Google Workspace, or equivalent.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates to ensure high availability.
- Train employees in best practices for using IT systems securely and efficiently.

What we need you:
- 1+ year-experiencein the same role
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Solid understanding of Linux and Windows systems administration.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and security protocols.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
