1. Import-Export Operations
• Documentation management: Oversee and control all logistics documents (SI, VGM, Bill of Lading, Invoice, C/O, Phytosanitary Certificate, Manifest, etc.), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal regulations. Proactively resolve any issues arising.
• Shipment monitoring & coordination: Track and supervise the progress of import and export orders, coordinating with transport and customs vendors to ensure on-time delivery for customers and agents. Manage the entire shipment process from initiation to final delivery and debt collection.
• Cross-department & vendor collaboration: Maintain close communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate information exchange, jointly resolving any operational issues.
• Data entry & compliance updates: Ensure accurate and efficient document data entry. Regularly update logistics documentation policies and regulations.
2. Pricing Management:
• Vendor sourcing & negotiation: Identify, approach, and negotiate with shipping lines, agents, and service providers to secure the best rates and service quality for the sales team's orders.
• Rate management & sales support: Maintain weekly updates of freight and service rates; prepare quotations for sale's inquiry; assist the sales team with bidding processes when required.
• Partner evaluation & relationship management: Periodically assess service quality and cooperation levels to select and maintain the best partners.
• Market analysis & strategy planning: Gather and analyze domestic and international market trends to identify opportunities and propose strategic development directions.
3. Human Resource Management & Development
• Operational supervision: Manage the import-export process to ensure timely, accurate handling of orders with optimal service quality and legal compliance.
• Recruitment & Training: Lead recruitment and training of staff for the International Department (HCMC Branch) based on operational needs.
• Performance Evaluation & Improvement: Conduct monthly performance assessments, recommending and implementing measures to enhance team productivity.1. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in International Economics, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in the logistics industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage, train, and develop teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with both domestic and international partners.
• Strategic planning and business execution capabilities.
• Age under 40.Thưởng
