Job Summary

Adecco's client, a highly reputable foreign technology company, is actively looking for responsible candidates to fill in Sales Executive for its office in Hanoi. The office is located right in the heart of Hanoi and among one of the best modern office building in the capital.

Job Responsibilities

As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

• Report to supervisor and colleague regularly, involving the Engineer and Corporate department in making proposal
• To have the sales channel(connection) of financial institutions or IT Vendor.
• Following. Ex. Making proposal, making an appointment, Negotiation and Making contract.
• Bridge Function between Vietnamese companies, HAS-VN and Hitachi ltd.
• Interpret Vietnamese and Japanese if necessary
• Translate materials from Japanese into Vietnamese and English. Also translate Vietnamese or English into Japanese
• Study HAS-VN solutions and general IT trend, and propose to our target companies
• Researching new markets
• Proposal preparation and support
• Proceed all the task related to the contract
• Sales activities without the support from Japanese staff in the future
• Build good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and work together as a team
• Business trip domestically and internationally
• Procurement operation
  
  

Experience Requirements

• To have previous career of Financial Institutions, IT Vendor or Japanese company as sales staff for more than 3 years.
• To have good communication skill.
• To have good skill to think about the sales strategy deeply by themselves
• To have general understanding of IT field is mandatory.
• Good English communication.
• Japanese level: Better to speak Japanese to some extent (N2 holder is nice to have)
• To have good communication skill that means report to supervisor and colleague regularly, involving the Engineer and Corporate department in making proposal.
• To have good skill to think about the sales strategy deeply by themselves .
