Job Summary

My client is looking for a Sales Manager with aftermarket, maintenance service sales experience to develop the business in whole Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket sales for assigned markets and customer accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and industry events.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Travel for customer meetings and project site visits.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive aftermarket growth.
• Promote company products through various channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use technical expertise to assess business opportunities and develop offers.
• Support other areas like sales, order management, and delivery as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• 4-5 years in sales, preferably in aftermarket or MEP/ Construction related industries.
• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient in document management and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of construction, electrical & MEP.
• Fluent in English communication.
  
  

Education requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in MEP/Civil/Business
