Mô tả Công việc
- Maintenance the SAP data to ensure it meets the required standards, remains up-to-date, and is effective.
- Monitor and improve the process work the data input into the SAP to ensure quality.
- Manage and continuously improve the SAP to support ongoing departmental operations.
- Analyze and synthesize data to create reports and recommendations for supervisors and departments.
- Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
- Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
- Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
- Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Engineering's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Industrial System or related technical major
- Experience: 0 - 5 years of experience in related field (open for fresh)
- Language: Proficiency in English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly technical skill: Advanced Excel (VBA, Pivot), SAP ERP (is a plus),...
