- Summarize yesterday's inspection work, quality problems or problems that need to be solved in the work
- Publicize the department's quality goals, personal goals and monitor the achievement of monthly goals; analyze and improve the unachieved goals and report them in writing to the department manager
- Supervise and implement the product inspection workflow in the department and the implementation of the company's management system (work discipline, attendance, leave), and immediately remind the parties to adjust if any abnormality is found
- Arrange work tasks for inspectors according to shipping plan, complexity of the workpiece and ability of the inspector. Follow up to check the completion of the tasks
- Participate in order reviews for new or important projects
- For quality problems beyond the handling capacity of the FQC inspector, after the FQC inspector reports to the Supervisor, the Supervisor will assist to deal with the defective products together, and if necessary, call the Sales, Production or SCM dept., etc. to deal with it together
- Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) regarding defective products, and if it exceeds the supervisor's approval authority submit it to the department manager for approval
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Create the inspection plan for the FAI and promote and supervise the implementation of inspection according to the inspection plan requirements. If required by customer, create control plans, Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and other required documents.
- After the Supervisor receives the process flow from Production dept., the Supervisor will decompose the inspection benchmarks of the first inspection according to the process steps, process drawings, and evaluate the appropriate inspection tools, and make the inspection table for IPQC / PD for use and guidance during production
- Participate in the inspection of workpieces in IPQC and FQC
- Capable of using measurement tools and equipment (e.g. CMM, Height Gauges, Calipers, etc.)

- Knowledge of machining (milling, turning, grinding), surface & heat treatment processes
- Capable of using measurement tools and equipment (e.g. CMM, Height Gauges, Calipers, etc.)
- Able to read and understand technical drawings (2D & 3D)
- Self-motivated & organized
- Computer skill: Microsoft office
