The ideal candidate as IT Sales Director requires a strong background in IT sales, leadership, and strategic planning with experience in driving sales growth and managing teams, often with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience and Education:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT distribution sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role or equivalent experience in a related area (e.g., hardware, computer peripherals, storage, memory).
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, or a related field is often preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
• Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team, fostering a high-performing environment.
