Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the B2B IT market, focusing on SMB and SME segments (Data Center & infrastructure).
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and inform strategic planning.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT sales, specifically B2B, with a focus on SMB and SME markets.
Fluent English is require with minimun 7-10 year same working exprience
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
Knowledge of IT Networking products/services, cloud solutions, software, hardware, or related technologies is a plus.
· With Presales knowledge is a plus
