Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Hanoi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the lighting or construction industry is a plus
